Dashboard

A free optional upgrade to your homepage. Build a different homepage for each security role, so every team lands on the jobs, candidates and tasks that matter to them, and switch it on role by role when you're ready. Any role you don't activate keeps the standard homepage.
- A dashboard template per security role, managed by you in Jobtrain
- Lock a template to a fixed view, or let teams personalise their own
- A new 'view as' option lets you see another team member's dashboard and check workload across your team

Psychometric provider connections
Applies to: Clients using a psychometric assessment provider
Connecting your provider to Jobtrain is now far simpler, thanks to a standard connection that any provider can use. Invite a candidate from Jobtrain, they complete the assessment with your provider and results return automatically to their record.
- Faster and simpler to set up than before
- Works with your existing provider, so there's no need to change supplier
- Arctic Shores and Talogy are already connected, and others can connect the same way

Manual DBS checks (TrustID)
Applies to: Clients using the TrustID integration for DBS checks
Candidates without eligible identity documents can now complete a DBS check through TrustID. Your team verifies identity in person, TrustID handles the DBS application and the whole process stays in Jobtrain. Previously these candidates needed a manual workaround outside the system.

Care Friends integration

Care Friends is an employee referral app for care sector employers and Jobtrain now integrates with it. Staff refer people they know for open vacancies and those referrals land in Jobtrain as new applications to progress as normal.
