Onboarding and Compliance - image upload release notes

In our commitment to enhancing flexibility in our Onboarding and Enhanced Onboarding features, we're thrilled to introduce a new feature allowing candidates to upload images, alongside documents, when completing their onboarding and compliance packs.
Applicable areas for the image upload feature
Candidate site: Candidates will be given the choice to select either image or document uploads for items marked as Upload in the onboarding/compliance template.
Candidate Packs: Any images/documents uploaded will be included when candidate packs are forwarded out of Jobtrain.
Is there a size limit?
There is no size limit for images, as the system will automatically compress the image into appropriate dimensions/resolution.
How do I enable this feature?
There is no additional setup required to enable this feature, it will be available for all clients using the onboarding and enhanced onboarding and compliance feature as of 12th June 2024.
FAQs
Can images be uploaded from the client site?
No, the image upload feature is only available to candidates who are requested to upload documents as part of their onboarding/compliance pack.
