Pre-assessment questions

Have you failed your pre-assessment questions?

Some vacancies include mandatory pre-assessment questions as part of the application process. These questions are used by the employer to determine whether candidates meet specific requirements for the role.

If your answers do not meet the required criteria, your application will be automatically rejected and you will not be able to continue with that application.

Can my application be reset?

No. Once you have failed the pre-assessment questions, the result cannot be reset or changed. Neither the support team nor the recruiter can override this outcome through the system.

Can I apply again?

The only way to submit a new application for the same vacancy is to delete your candidate profile and register a completely new account.

Please see the relevant guide below to assist you with this.

Delete my account

What if I already have other applications on my profile?

Deleting your profile will remove your existing applications and account history. If you have active applications that you do not want to lose, creating a new account may not be a suitable option.

Unfortunately, there is no alternative method to reset pre-assessment questions while keeping your existing profile and applications.

We recommend contacting the recruitment team directly to discuss the vacancy and whether any alternative application process is available.

If you do not have the Recruitment Team's contact details, please contact our Support Team. When getting in touch, provide the name of the organisation you are applying to and, where applicable, the Recruitment Board to help us direct your enquiry.
