There is only one opportunity at the beginning of the application to copy information from a completed and submitted application to a new application.
If you miss this pop-up box or if your first application is still not submitted, you will not have this opportunity again.
The best solution in this case would be to have both applications open on separate screens and copy and paste from one to the other.
Please note that Jobtrain cannot reset your application to re-enable the copy option. Deleting your application and starting again will also not restore this opportunity.
Once copied, please be sure to manually review your application as there can be discrepancies between applications. Some data may need to be added manually if not pulled through as expected.
