How to delete your Jobtrain account

You can delete your Jobtrain account yourself from the My Account page. Before you do, note that deleting your account also permanently deletes any current applications and you would need to reapply for those roles. If you still want to go ahead, follow the steps below.

In order to delete your account, we recommend you follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your profile

  2. Click Hello (yourname) in the top right hand corner

  3. Select My Account

     

  4. Scroll down and click Delete my account

     

  5. Review the information and click Delete my account to confirm

Please note: by following the steps above, if you have any current applications on your profile then these will also be deleted and you will need to reapply for those roles.
