Account archival & Data retention

Clients using Jobtrain will each have their own GDPR data retention period, typically around 12 months however can vary.

If your candidate account remains inactive for this duration, you should receive an email to let you know that your account and associated data are due to be archived unless accessed within the specified timeframe.

Please note - Once archived, all historical data is permanently removed from Jobtrain.
