Totaljobs ATSi Activation Instructions

1. Please send you clients live contract and Back Office ID to feed.support@totaljobsgroup.com requesting a feed to be setup and ask the feeds team to send the feed credentials to stepstone@jobtrain.co.uk

2. Once the feed has been created:

1. TJ feed team send credentials to stepstone@jobtrain.co.uk
2. TJ feed team message atsiapply@stepstone.co.uk to request ATSi is activated

3. Upon receipt of the credentials Jobtrain tech team can activate feature but deploy this OFF (we can do this in the background whilst waiting for the ATSi team are activating the feature)

ATSi team to then email stepstone@jobtrain.co.uk to advise the feed and ATSi apply integration are both active (feed credentials will have been sent separately once the feed has been created)

4. Jobtrain support team then add in client credentials and enable access to the Post to Totaljobs page in Jobtrain and update the client so they can start utilising this feature

1. Jobtrain Account manager emails atsiapply@stepstone.co.uk requesting ATSi to be activated
2. Jobtrain Account Manager raises a ticket for Jobtrain tech team to activate the integration
3. ATSI Apply to contact TJ Account Manager and request they follow steps 1-3 above.
4. Jobtrain support team then add in client credentials and activate the post to TJ page in Jobtrain and update the client so they can start utilising this feature

3. Once they receive the credentials, Jobtrain will activate the feed and ATSi for the client
4. Jobtrain will then email atsiapply@stepstone.co.uk to request ATSi is activated

1. Jobtrain CIC to email atsiapply@stepstone.com requesting ATSi be activated
2. ATSi Apply to contact TJ Account Manager and request they follow steps 1-4 above
