Stepstone ATSi Apply Activation

What is ATSi Apply?

ATSi Apply transfers candidate details and CVs to Jobtrain. This reduces the amount of time and effort taken for a candidate to apply for jobs.

 

Jobtrain supports ATSi apply for all StepStone Group job boards, which allows candidates to apply using both Direct Apply and Refer & Populate apply methods.

 

Please note the ATSi integration only supports the apply methods. clients cannot post jobs directly from Jobtrain to the other job boards in the StepStone group.  The posting of the job would need to be done directly with the board themselves or by using one of the multi posting tools.  The only exception to this is Totaljobs which does support direct apply, please click here to go to the Totaljobs activation guide.

 

Direct Apply

Often referred to as one click apply, pushes data from a candidate’s profile into Jobtrain.

 

Candidates click apply on a job advert and their profile information (typically basic personal details and a CV) is automatically imported into Jobtrain as a new application.

 

Candidates are not transferred through to Jobtrain and bypass the registration, application form and any pre-screening questions entirely.

As candidates bypass the registration, this method will allow duplicate candidates into Jobtrain.

 

Refer & Populate

With the Refer & Populate apply method, Jobtrain imports a candidate’s profile information from the jobs board (typically basic personal details and a CV) to pre-fill much of the registration form and then parses their CV to complete as much of the application form as possible.

 

SetupStep 1 – Contact StepStone to Activate ATSi Apply

Email the ATSi integrations team at Stepstone to request ATSi apply to be activated.

Step 2 – Raise a ticket for Jobtrain tech team

Please raise a ticket for Lahore Tech team to activate the feature using the below template.

Once tech have activated the feature, message the client and StepStone ATSi Apply team to advise this has now been completed.
