Job Details Recruiter Field Activation Guide

 Overview
  • New field entitled 'Recruiter' can be enabled for use on the job details page. This is a look up table that will display system users who are designated recruiters.
  • Additional toggle in system users will determine if they are a recruiter
  • This field should can be added as a column on the list of jobs page
  • This field is searchable when using the Search jobs > filter by function.
  • The field can also be mapped into the BI module so that it can be reported on and be able to reported on

 

Step 1: Enabling the Feature
  • In ATS Control go to Client > Client Configuration
  • Add New:
  • Name = config-allow-recruiter
  • Value = true
  • Save

Step 2: Enable Recruiter look up field to Job Details page
  • Go To ATS
  • Expand the Client from navigation
  • Go to Job Details and select the Job Details Setup
  • Label: Recruiter
  • Control Type: Popup Form
  • Enabled: Should be toggled on to display this field
  • Lookup Type: Recruiter
  • Control Name: divRecruiterID
  • Display order: specify where this should be displayed on the job details page
  • Lookup ID (Field Name): RecruiterId
  • Field Name: RecruiterId
  • Field Type: Numeric
  • Section No: Job Details section

 

Save

Step 3: Enable recruiter field on list of jobs page
  • Go to client
  • Listing pages
  • Jobs & Talent - List Of Jobs

 

Click Add New:

  • Heading: Recruiter
  • Order: specify where this should be displayed on the job details page
  • Width: 20
  • Field Name: RecruiterName
  • Type: STRING
  • Sortable?: Yes if you want this sortable
  • IsRefID?: No
  • IsVisible?:Yes
  • LookUp Url: LookUp/GetRecruiterLookup
  • LookUp Key: RecruiterId

 

Step 4: Raise a ticket for Ejaz to map the field into the BI Module

Raise a ticket with Ejaz to map the Recruiter field into the BI Module – Jobs data set.

 

Include a screenshot of the Job Details field setup (covered in step 2).

 

Testing:

Once enabled check the following:

 

  • New Recruiter Toggle is added in system users

  • New field is present on the job details page

  • The recruiter field on the job details page only lists system users who have the recruiter toggle enabled in the system user profile
  • List of jobs page:
    • displays the Recruiter column
    • pulls through the Recruiter name
    • is sortable

 

 

 

  • Search Jobs page – ensure that there is an option to filter by ‘Recruiter’
    • Ensure this only presents users in the dropdown that have the Recruiter toggle enabled in their system user profile
    • Ensure this returns the correct search results when selecting a recruiter
