- Go to:
ATS > Configuration > Manage Feature > Feature: Enhanced AI Job Advert - Click on "Enhanced Job Advert AI" to open the feature form.
- Toggle on the feature.
- Click Save.
Step 2: Set up Security Roles (Client Side)
Ensure the relevant security roles options are enabled for the client users who need to add job adverts using AI features.

Additional AI access (not Security Role controlled)
The following areas support AI-generated content, but are not restricted by Security Role settings:
- Settings > Assessment Forms – Users with access to this area can generate or recommend questions using AI.
- Settings > Media Library – Users with access can use AI-generated media tags or descriptions.
⚠️ Access to AI features in these areas is based on module access only. There is no additional role-level toggle to restrict AI use within them.

This column can be added to BI Reports for analytics or audits.
Rate Limiting
To control costs, we've implemented rate limiting on A.I queries.
Each client is allowed 20 queries per hour by default, configurable in the ATS Control settings.
Individual users are limited to 2 queries per 10 minutes to prevent accidental overuse.
Additionally, the Azure service enforces a hard cap of 1500 queries per hour across all clients. If this limit is reached, users will see a rate limit warning.
To disable AI features
- Go to:
