There are two disability-related icons that can be displayed against a candidate’s name on the list of candidates page against the job. This is dependent on each candidate’s response to the following questions.

Tables can't be imported directly. Please insert an image of your table which can be found here.

Disability icon: This is displayed against candidates who answered 'Yes' to the disability question.

Disability Confident/Two Ticks icon: This is displayed against candidates who answered 'Yes' to the Disability Confident/Two Ticks question.

Control of icon visibility through Security Roles

Icon visibility is managed individually through Security Roles and is separate from user access levels connected to application template pages.

If access to the icon is enabled, users with the appropriate Security Role will be able to view the icon. To grant user access, follow these steps:

            • Go to Settings > Security Roles > Select the relevant security role and navigate to the Jobs & Talent Pools tab.
            • To enable visibility of the Disability icon, enable the toggle against List Candidate – Disability Icon.

To enable visibility of the Disability Confident/Two Ticks icon, enable the toggle against List Candidate – Two Ticks.

            FAQs

Do users need to have access to candidates’ equal opps responses for these icons to display?

The icon toggle in Security Roles independently controls the display of these icons, letting you show the Two Ticks or a Disability icon without needing to grant access to full equal opportunity responses.
