Book a place on a New Experience session
The New Jobtrain Experience goes live for everyone on Monday 11th January 2027. To help your team get ready, we're running a series of live webinars between November and December 2026, covering managing vacancies, managing candidates, the Onboarding Hub and Vacancy Studio. Each topic runs twice and each session is recorded.

The new look and feel of Jobtrain provides a clearer, faster, more consistent Jobtrain, built on what you told us. It brings one consistent design across every screen, more views you can configure yourself, the new Onboarding Hub and optional JobBrain AI-assisted features in Vacancy Studio.
These live sessions will walk you through each area of the new look and feel, with time for questions. Pick a date that suits you and follow the link to register.
