My application has not copied the information from my previous application

There is only one opportunity at the beginning of the application to copy information from a completed and submitted application to a new application.

If you miss this pop-up box or if your first application is still not submitted, you will not have this opportunity again. The best solution in this case would be to have both applications open on separate screens and copy and paste from one to the other.
