For our clients, the benefits of using Hiring Hub include:

Streamlined vacancy sharing: Clients can post roles directly to Hiring Hub via our familiar ‘Post to Agency ’ feature, making it quick and easy to reach multiple specialist recruiters with a single action.
Expert recruiter matching: Hiring Hub selects a panel of recruiters that are best suited to the requirements of each vacancy, increasing the likelihood of finding high-quality candidates efficiently.
Dedicated support: A Hiring Hub Account Manager coordinates the process, arranging job briefings and acting as a single point of contact. This ensures clear communication and smooth management from posting the role to candidate selection.
Centralised candidate management: Qualified candidates are uploaded directly into Jobtrain, allowing clients to review applications in one place without juggling multiple platforms.

How it works

1. Push roles to Hiring Hub

Clients can share their vacancies directly with Hiring Hub via Jobtrain by using the standard 'Post to Agency' functionality. This process is the same as posting a job to any other agency within Jobtrain, ensuring a seamless and familiar experience for users. Simply select Hiring Hub as the agency when completing your vacancy posting and the role will be shared with their specialist recruiter network for efficient candidate sourcing.
A question to add the percentage fee you would like to pay should be added to the advert copy for the role.

2. Recruiter panel selection

Hiring Hub selects a panel of specialist recruiters, perfectly matched to your role requirements.

3. Job briefing call

A dedicated Hiring Hub Account Manager will arrange a job briefing call with you and the selected recruiters to ensure full alignment on the role.

4. Single point of contact

You’ll have one point of contact at Hiring Hub who will liaise with recruiters on your behalf, managing the process end-to-end for speed and efficiency.

5. Candidate management

Qualified candidates are uploaded to Jobtrain by Hiring Hub, keeping everything in one place for easy review.

6. Success fee selection

Upon a successful placement, you pay the agreed success fee based on the candidate’s annual salary.

7. Invoicing

Hiring Hub will invoice you directly for the success fee, which is then passed on to the recruiter. The invoice will include a non-refundable transaction fee of £349.
